Consultant - Analyst Application Support
Eclipsys Consultant with extensive knowledge of and experience
with Eclipsys EMR systems. Former RN/Nurse or Clinician a big
plus for this Eclipsys Consultant position! The Eclipsys Consultant
will consist of system Supporting, upgrading and maintaining Eclipsys
Sunrise Clinical Manager for multiple sites. The Eclipsys Consultant
will have the following skills & education: Required Skills
for the Eclipsys Consultant: * 2 years experience with support/configuration
of a clinical application* 2 years experience supporting Eclipsys
Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM)* Knowledge of Clinical Operations
and WorkflowDesired (but not required) Skills: * Knowledge of
clinical departments to include ancillary services. * Strong Time
Management Skills *The Eclipsys Consultant will have Clinical
background in Nursing, Lab, Pharmacy, Respiratory, Radiology,
Medical Records and other ancillary department(s) with knowledge
of work flow process. * The Eclipsys Consultant will have strong
familiarity with Eclipsys Sunrise Clinical Manager (SCM) * AIX
skill base to include Shell Scripting and PERL.

Consultant - Methodologist
The Eclipsys Consultant develops and maintains Eclipsys Implementation
methodologies and tool sets to support Professional Services and
Fields Operation for all products and enhancements. The Eclipsys
Consultant provides assistance in managing project plans, resolving
issues, training, and facilitating communications. Ensures the
standard is executed during customer projects. The Eclipsys Consultant
establishes and deploys a common set of project management processes,
assets, and workplan templates. The Eclipsys Consultant builds
the methodology and assets used to implement Eclipsys products
and applications and updates it as needed to account for improvements
and best practices. The Eclipsys Consultant provides ongoing support
and guidance to improve the implementation process for products
and ensures that Eclipsys Standards are followed. The Eclipsys
Consultant facilitates improved project team communication by
developing and supporting common processes, deliverables, and
terminology. The Eclipsys Consultant supports a common repository
of asset templates. The Eclipsys Consultant provides training
to build core project management competencies and a common knowledge
set. The Eclipsys Consultant delivers project management coaching
services to keep projects on track and serves as a liaison to
project managers in the field. The Eclipsys Consultant acts as
the overall advocate for project management to the organization.
This includes educating and selling management and team members
on the value gained in the use of consistent project management
processes.
